Euan Hankey

Euan Hankey, born on March 18, 1987, in Somerset, England, is a British racing driver with a diverse career spanning various racing disciplines. Hankey began his motorsport journey in karting, achieving notable success by winning the Junior Rotax British National Open Karting Championship and the Kart Masters (Karting Grand Prix) before transitioning to single-seaters.

He progressed through the ranks, competing in Formula BMW, where he was a Scholarship Winner and secured two wins, Formula 3 Euro Series, and Formula Renault UK, earning the Renault Driver of the Day award on his debut. Hankey later found success in the Porsche Carrera Cup UK, claiming the championship scholarship and achieving multiple race wins, pole positions, and podium finishes. In 2015, he secured 1st place in the SP1 class at the Dubai 24 Hours.

Hankey's career also includes participation in prestigious GT events such as the GT Open (with 3 GT-Am wins), European Le Mans Series (ELMS), British GT, and the Intercontinental GT Challenge. He became a full member of the British Racing Drivers Club (BRDC) after graduating from the BRDC Rising Star program, joining an elite group of drivers. Beyond racing, Hankey has also been involved in showcasing high-performance road cars, such as the McLaren MP4 12C Spider, demonstrating his driving expertise to journalists.
