Dominic Cicero is an American racing driver with a diverse background in motorsports. Born and raised outside of Portland, Oregon, Dominic began his racing journey in karting at the age of eight, building his first kart with his father. His early success included winning three national karting championships by the age of 16.

Cicero's career took him to Europe where he competed in the Winfield racing school Pilote Elf in France, a program that has produced Formula 1 drivers like Alain Prost. In 1998, he won the Winfield Pilote Elf Competition by a record margin. He also competed in the UK Formula Renault Winter Series and the North American Renault series, achieving significant wins in Mexico City and Phoenix, becoming the only American to win in the series. In 2003, while competing in the Fran-Am Championship, he secured a win at the Telmex Grand Prix in Mexico City.

More recently, Dominic finished 2nd in the 2020 IMSA Prototype Challenge Series Championship. In addition to racing, Cicero is also a driving instructor. He was the Chief Driving Instructor at a private country club racetrack.
