Andrew Jordan

Andrew Jordan, born on May 24, 1989, is a British racing driver with a diverse background spanning rallycross and touring car racing. The son of racer Mike Jordan, Andrew began his motorsport journey in rallycross at the age of 14, quickly demonstrating his talent by winning multiple junior national titles. In 2006, he became the youngest-ever driver to win a British Rallycross Supercar class race. Although initially drawn to rallying, the thrill of close, door-to-door racing led him to embrace circuit racing.

Jordan transitioned to the Renault Clio Cup in 2007 before making his debut in the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) in 2008 with his father's Eurotech team. He drove for VX Racing in 2009, securing his first pole position at Donington Park and becoming the youngest driver to achieve this feat in BTCC history at the time. He returned to his family team under the Pirtek Racing banner in 2010. The highlight of his career came in 2013 when he clinched the BTCC title. Throughout his BTCC career, he has raced for teams like Triple Eight Racing, Motorbase Performance, and West Surrey Racing, accumulating 26 wins and 72 podiums.

In recent years, Jordan has maintained a prominent presence in motorsport, including racing in the Mini 7 Racing Club alongside his father. He also serves as the official track tester for Goodwood Road & Racing, participating in events like the Goodwood Revival and Festival of Speed. Furthermore, he runs a classic car workshop with his father, Mike Jordan. Despite stepping away from full-time BTCC competition in 2020, Andrew remains a respected figure in the racing world, showcasing his versatility and passion for motorsport through various racing and restoration projects.
