Wesley Slimp

Wesley Slimp is an up-and-coming American racing driver with a passion for motorsports that ignited in his junior year of high school. Slimp, who hails from Marietta, Georgia, began his racing journey at Primal Racing School and is now making waves in various racing series. Currently, he is competing in both the Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America and the Mustang Challenge with Precision Performance Motorsports. This marks his debut in a solo driver competition, a challenge he embraces with enthusiasm.

In 2025, Slimp joined Kellymoss, a championship-winning Porsche racing team, to compete in the Porsche Carrera Cup North America series. He drives a 2016 Porsche GT4 Clubsport MR, a purpose-built racecar known for its lightweight design and 380 horsepower. Slimp has also added the United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation's logos to his car to raise awareness for the condition, as he has mitochondrial disease himself. Despite the challenges this presents, including fatigue and heat sensitivity, Slimp is determined to succeed and inspire others.

Slimp's racing endeavors extend to American Endurance Racing, SCCA, PCA, and WRL, showcasing his versatility and commitment to the sport. His past participation in UMDF walkathons and current efforts to promote the foundation through his racing further demonstrate his dedication to giving back to the community. With a busy season ahead, supported by Precision Performance Motorsports, Wesley Slimp is poised to make a significant impact in the world of motorsports.
