Racing Driver Seth Neiman

Seth Neiman, born on June 27, 1954, is an American racing driver, venture capitalist, and technology entrepreneur. Neiman is well-known in the Porsche racing community as the founder of Flying Lizard Motorsports. The team, established in 2003, quickly became a prominent force in sports car racing. Based in Sonoma, California, Flying Lizard Motorsports entered the American Le Mans Series (ALMS) in 2004 and secured six driver and team championships using Porsche 911 GT3 race cars. In 2007, Flying Lizard was designated an official Porsche factory team and served as Porsche Motorsport North America's development partner until 2012.

Neiman's racing career includes multiple appearances at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, with a best finish of 13th overall (3rd in the GT2 class) in 2005. He also participated in the IMSA SportsCar Championship and the SCCA World Challenge. Beyond racing, Neiman has been a successful figure in the technology industry. He held key positions at companies like Sun Microsystems and later became a venture capitalist, investing in and founding companies such as Brocade Communications Systems.
