Racing Driver Robby Foley

Robby Foley, born on July 20, 1996, is a rising star in the world of American motorsports. Hailing from Randolph, New Jersey, Foley currently competes in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship as a BMW factory driver. His journey into racing began unconventionally. A severe leg injury during a high school football game led him to explore his passion for cars, which was initially sparked by attending autocross events with his father and go-karting.

Foley's career gained momentum after winning the Skip Barber Racing School class of the 2015 Global MX-5 Cup, earning him a Mazda scholarship. He transitioned into the IMSA SportsCar Championship in 2018 with Turner Motorsport, securing his first IMSA victory in 2019. In 2020, he clinched the GT4 America SprintX Series Pro-Am title. Foley also made his debut at the prestigious 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2021. His accomplishments include the IMSA GS Championship in 2023, GT4 SprintX Champion in 2020, and multiple podium finishes at renowned events like Petit Le Mans.
