Philipp Leisen

Philipp Leisen, born on May 30, 1984, in Irrel, Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany, is a highly accomplished racing driver specializing in endurance racing, particularly on the challenging Nürburgring Nordschleife. Leisen has carved out a successful career, primarily competing in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie (NLS, formerly VLN). He has become a familiar face in the Adrenalin Motorsport team, achieving significant milestones with them.

Leisen's career highlights include winning the VLN Endurance Championship in 2018 and the NLS drivers' championship in 2021. In 2023, he secured his fourth NLS championship, driving a BMW 330i for Adrenalin Motorsport Team Motec, alongside Daniel Zils and Oskar Sandberg. This victory marked Adrenalin Motorsport's sixth consecutive title, establishing them as the most successful team in NLS history. In 2019, Leisen, along with Christopher Rink and Danny Brink, were awarded the opportunity to race in the Nürburgring 24 Hours in a BMW M4 GT4, a reward for their success in the previous VLN season, with the support of BMW Motorsport.
