Phil Bastiaans

Phil Bastiaans, born on August 1, 1973, in Maastricht, is a highly accomplished Dutch racing driver and businessman. Bastiaans is celebrated as a champion in the Dutch HTC GT4 Championship, widely recognized as the premier class of Dutch motorsport. His extensive career boasts numerous titles, including Dutch championships in the Renault Clio Cup (1996), Renault Mégane Cup (1998), and Alfa 147 GTA Challenge (2004). In 1998, he secured the international Renault Mégane Cup, and in 2002, he conquered the European Renault Clio Cup.

Beyond his racing achievements, Bastiaans has also made significant contributions to the automotive world as a driving instructor for Porsche. Since 2008, he and his wife have managed a successful motorsport event company based in Beek. Information suggests that Bastiaans may have retired from professional racing at the end of 2012, though he continues to be involved in the sport through instruction and events.
