Racing Driver Nicholas Persing

Nicholas Persing is an American racing driver who currently competes in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America series with Wayne Taylor Racing. Persing's passion for motorsports ignited early, bypassing typical childhood interests in favor of a laser focus on cars. He began karting as a child and advanced to national championships before transitioning to cars at the age of 14.

Persing's racing journey includes experience in Formula 3 and Formula 4. He is currently a Business Administration student at Boise State University. In 2024, driving in the LST PRO|AM class, Persing achieved four wins, including a sweep at the Circuit of the Americas, and two podium finishes at the World Finals. His early career highlights include runner-up in the SKUSA Pro Kart CA championship and third in the SKUSA Pro Tour championship in 2019. He further solidified his open-wheel credentials by winning the Formula Pro USA Winter Series championship in 2021. In 2025, Persing will move up to the PRO class in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America series.
