Miguel Pedro Ramos

Miguel Pedro Caetano Ramos, born on September 26, 1971, is a Portuguese racing driver with a career spanning over three decades. Ramos began his racing journey in 1991 at the age of 18, competing in Autocross, where he secured two national titles in Division II (2WD Touring Cars) in 1992 and 1993. He transitioned to touring car racing in 1994, participating in the Troféu BMW M3/Mobil series, ultimately claiming the title in 1996 with six race wins.

Ramos's career expanded into international GT racing, achieving considerable success in both Spanish and Italian GT championships. He won the Spanish GT Championship in 2002 and the Italian GT Championship in 2005. He has participated in prestigious events such as the FIA GT Championship, securing a 3rd place finish in 2008, and the 24 Hours of Le Mans, where he finished 5th in the GTS class in 2002.

In recent years, Ramos has been a consistent competitor in the Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe, driving a McLaren 720S with Garage 59. Although the 2024 season proved challenging, he has achieved multiple podium finishes and titles in previous years, including Pro-AM titles in 2021 and 2022, and a vice-championship in the Sprint Cup in 2023.
