Racing Driver Laura Luft

Laura Luft is a German racing driver who began her motorsport journey later in life. Born in Offenbach am Main, Hessen, Germany, Laura didn't have a family background in racing, but her passion for cars and motorsport started at a young age. She recalls watching Formula 1 races and playing racing video games as a child, fueling her dream of becoming a race car driver.

Laura's career took off in her mid-twenties, after finishing her studies and securing her first job, she invested her earnings in go-karting. She actively participated in various go-kart races, including sprint and endurance events and competed in the German Team Championship (GTC) for several seasons. Her karting experience included international 24-hour races and even longer world record attempts. Progressing through the ranks, she obtained her National A license in 2013. After recovering from a sports injury, Laura returned to endurance racing, participating in the 24H Dubai race in 2014.

In recent years, Laura has achieved success in endurance racing, she finished third in the BMW M240i class in both the qualifying race and the ADAC TotalEnergies 24h race at the Nürburgring Nordschleife in 2023. In 2024, she participated in the ADAC RAVENOL 24h race, driving a BMW M4 GT4 with Adrenalin Motorsport. Beyond racing, Laura is also an Event Manager and enjoys hobbies such as fitness, western riding, and MMA. She speaks German, English, Spanish, Italian, and Dutch.
