Jessica Edgar

Jessica Edgar, born on March 15, 2005, is a British racing driver making her mark in the world of motorsport. Hailing from Ennerdale, Cumbria, she comes from a family deeply rooted in racing, with her grandparents, uncle, and father all having raced. Edgar's cousin is also racing driver Jonny Edgar. Her journey began in karting at a young age, progressing through various categories and achieving success, including winning the Cumbria Kart Racing Club championship in 2017.

In 2022, Edgar transitioned to formula racing, joining Fortec Motorsport in the GB4 Championship, securing a podium finish at Oulton Park. The following year, she stepped up to the F1 Academy with Rodin Carlin, earning multiple podiums and a victory at the Circuit of the Americas. In 2024, she continued with Rodin Motorsport (formerly Rodin Carlin), supported by American Express. Beyond F1 Academy, Edgar participated in Formula E's Women's Test in Valencia in November 2024 with DS PENSKE.

Edgar's career is on an upward trajectory, aiming for a paid drive in motorsport. With a strong foundation in karting and experience in GB4 and F1 Academy, she is developing her skills and gaining recognition in the racing community.
