Filip Salaquarda

Filip Salaquarda, born on January 11, 1984, is a professional racing driver hailing from Prague, Czech Republic. Salaquarda's career began in karting before transitioning to cars in 2000, where he competed in the Ford Puma Cup, securing a third-place finish. The following year, he progressed to the Škoda Octavia Cup, finishing 13th overall. In 2002, Salaquarda debuted in single-seaters, joining the Formula BMW ADAC series in Germany.

In 2004, Salaquarda stepped up to Formula Three, racing in the German championship with his family's ISR Racing team. He later competed in the Formula 3 Euro Series for three seasons. Progressing through various racing series, Salaquarda participated in the Formula Renault 3.5 Series. In 2010, driving for ISR Racing, he achieved notable success, including a double pole position at his home race in Brno and podium finishes at both Brno and Magny-Cours, ultimately finishing 11th in the championship standings.

Salaquarda has also participated in GT racing, including FIA GT, Blancpain Endurance Series, and ADAC GT Masters, since 2011. His achievements include the ESET Sprint and Endurance Championship in 2023, a 9th place finish (with one win) in ADAC GT Masters in 2018, and a 7th place finish (with one win) in the FIA GT1 World Championship in 2012. Throughout his career, Salaquarda has demonstrated versatility and skill, competing in various racing series and achieving success in both single-seaters and GT cars.
