Fabio Carbone

Fábio Carbone, born on September 4, 1980, is a Brazilian race car driver with a diverse career spanning various racing series. Carbone began his racing journey at the age of nine in karting, quickly demonstrating his talent by winning the Brazilian national championship at 15 in 1995. He transitioned to Formula Chevrolet in 1999, finishing as runner-up behind Felipe Massa and third the following year. In 2001, Carbone ventured into European racing, competing in the Italian and European Formula Renault Championships, securing three wins and a third-place finish in the Italian series, earning him a spot in Renault's Driver Development Program.

Carbone's career includes participation in several Formula Three championships, including British Formula 3, Formula 3 Euro Series, and the Japanese Championship. A highlight of this period was winning the Masters F3 race in 2002. He also competed in Formula Nippon and Super GT in Japan. In 2008, he participated in the Formula Renault 3.5 Series, achieving two consecutive race wins. Currently, Fabio Carbone competes in Stock Car Brasil. He has participated in 259 races, securing 22 wins, 63 podium finishes, 12 pole positions, and 13 fastest laps, with a win percentage of 8.49% and a podium percentage of 24.32%.
