Daniel Sargeant

Daniel Dalton Sargeant, born on March 25, 1998, is an American former professional stock car racing driver hailing from Boca Raton, Florida. While he may no longer be actively competing, Sargeant built a solid foundation in motorsports, starting at the age of nine in karting and bandoleros with ambitions in both stock car and open-wheel racing. Early in his career, he ventured to Europe with his brother and competed in European open wheel series, securing wins in the WSK Euro Series and the CIK-FIA European KF3 Championship, even testing a Formula Renault car.

Returning to the United States in 2014, Sargeant transitioned to late model racing, achieving multiple victories with Lee Pulliam Performance and Wauters Motorsports. His ARCA Racing Series career saw significant success with Venturini Motorsports, earning him the 2016 ARCA Rookie of the Year award. Continuing in ARCA, he joined Cunningham Motorsports in 2017, where he secured multiple wins and ultimately finished second in the championship standings.

Sargeant also made his mark in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. After some sporadic races, he signed with GMS Racing for a full season in 2018, driving the No. 25 Chevrolet Silverado. Though he is not currently racing, Daniel Dalton Sargeant's early career demonstrates his versatility and potential across different racing disciplines. He is also the older brother of racing driver Logan Sargeant.
