About Daniel Blickle
Daniel Blickle is a German racing driver who didn't begin his motorsport career until the age of 36, fulfilling a long-held dream to race on the Nürburgring Nordschleife. He has remained loyal to the W&S Motorsport team since his first laps with them in 2015. Blickle's progression as a gentleman driver over the past seven years is remarkable.
His achievements include two runner-up titles in the Nürburgring Endurance Series (NLS), a victory in the Cayman GT4 Trophy by Manthey Racing in 2021 (Cup3), and a Cup2 class victory in the Porsche Endurance Trophy Nürburgring (PETN) in 2022 driving a Porsche 911 GT3 Cup 992. In 2016, Blickle started in the Rundstrecken-Challenge Nürburgring (RCN) with a BMW Z4.
In 2017, Blickle made his debut in the VLN Long Distance Championship with W&S Motorsport in a Porsche Cayman. He achieved podium finishes in his debut season and gained valuable experience. In 2018, he celebrated his first class victory. More trophies followed in 2019, and he decided to move up to the GT4 class for the next season. In 2025, he is competing in the GT4 Winter Series - Am with W&S Motorsport, driving a Porsche Cayman GT4 RS CS. He has achieved multiple wins and podiums in this series.
