Colin Garrett

Colin Kaywood Garrett, born on July 6, 2000, is an American professional racing driver hailing from South Boston, Virginia. Unlike many who begin racing in early childhood, Garrett started his racing journey at almost 15 years old, quickly making a name for himself in the sport. His early career saw him competing in the Pure Stock division at South Boston Speedway in 2015, followed by a successful transition to the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Limited Late Model Stock Car in 2016. By 2017, he had become the South Boston Speedway's Limited Sportsman Division Champion, even breaking the track's qualifying speed record twice during the season.

Garrett's career has spanned various racing series, including NASCAR's Xfinity Series and Truck Series, as well as SRO TC America and Pirelli GT4 America. He made his NASCAR Xfinity Series debut in April 2019 and has showcased his talent in both the Xfinity and Truck Series over the years. In 2022, he transitioned to sports car racing in the TC America series, where he secured multiple podium finishes and wins. In 2023, Garrett clinched the SRO TC America TCX class championship.

Beyond his achievements on the track, Colin Garrett is known for his social impact initiatives. He pioneered crowdfunded Xfinity Series cars for military nonprofits, financed stem cell treatments for a veteran, and unveiled the first Braille paint scheme with a blind-owned sponsor. His efforts to promote veteran and active military health and resources have made him a respected figure in the racing community.
