Axel Gnos

Axel Gnos, born on April 30, 2003, is a Swiss racing driver with Vietnamese heritage. Gnos began his racing career in karting before transitioning to single-seaters. He made his debut in the Italian F4 Championship in 2018 with AS Motorsport, participating in two rounds. The following year, he competed in both the Italian and Spanish F4 championships, driving for Jenzer Motorsport and G4 Racing, respectively. In the Spanish series, Gnos achieved two podium finishes and finished sixth in the drivers' standings. In 2020, he continued in the Italian F4 Championship with G4 Racing, finishing 23rd overall. He also participated in the Toyota Racing Series with Kiwi Motorsport.

In 2021, Gnos stepped up to the Formula Regional European Championship (FREC) with G4 Racing. Although his rookie season didn't yield significant results, he remained with the team for the 2022 season. After a challenging 2022 FREC season, Gnos moved to GT racing, joining JAS Motorsport's Driver Development Programme in 2023. As part of this program, he drove a Nova Race-prepared Honda NSX GT3 Evo 22 in the Italian GT Sprint Championship.

In June 2023, Gnos secured his first GT race victory in the Italian GT Championship, partnering with Matteo Greco. This victory marked a significant milestone in his transition to GT racing. Gnos expressed his enthusiasm for joining the JAS Motorsport Driver Development Programme, highlighting the importance of their support as he transitioned from single-seaters to GT racing.
