Arto Ojaranta

Arto Ojaranta is a Finnish racing driver born in January 2001, currently residing in Kirkkonummi, Finland. Ojaranta's racing journey began at the age of eight in karting, specifically in the KF6 class. Progressing through the ranks, he competed in the KF3 class in 2014 and the KFJ class in 2015.

In 2016, Ojaranta transitioned to the KZ2 class, a 6-gear category, driving for Hemet Racing Team for the 2016 and 2017 seasons. He then returned to Porkkala Racing, achieving a bronze medal in the Finnish Championship in 2018, followed by a gold medal in 2019. The 2020 season saw him with SFN Motorsport, securing a silver medal in the Finnish Championship. That same year, he also participated in the Italian Championship series and World Championship races in Lonato, Italy, with an Italian factory team. In 2021, despite challenges posed by the pandemic, Ojaranta earned a KZ2 SM bronze and competed in the World Championships in Kristianstad, Sweden, with Porkkala Racing. He also achieved a win in a Finnish Formula 4 race weekend.

Transitioning to Legends class racing in 2022 with Iceboys Racing Team, Ojaranta clinched the Finnish championship. In the fall of the same year, he secured a World Championship silver with 860 Motorsport. Continuing in the Legends class with Ojaranta Racing Team in 2023, he faced financial challenges, finishing 4th in the Finnish Championship and 5th in the World Championship. In 2024, he won the Legends Finnish Championship with Ojaranta Racing Team.
