Alex Waters

Alex Waters is a British racing driver with over 22 years of experience in motorsports. Born on April 2, 1987, he began his journey in karting and progressed through various racing categories, including British Formula Ford and British Formula 3, European F3, GP2 tests, LMP3, GT3, and GT4. Waters was recognized by the Red Bull F1 Junior Team and participated in their driver evaluation program. Despite facing financial challenges that hindered his ability to complete full seasons, Alex demonstrated flashes of brilliance, leading a British F3 race at Oulton Park.

After his racing career, Waters transitioned into driver coaching and mentoring. He qualified at Silverstone in 2005 and has since worked with top race engineering teams worldwide. His expertise extends to racing and development driving, making him a valuable asset for manufacturers like Aston Martin, Audi, BMW, Ferrari, Jaguar, Lamborghini, McLaren, and Rolls-Royce. Waters has coached corporate clients, gentleman drivers, junior racers, and celebrities on renowned tracks globally. He resides in Golden, Colorado, USA, with his girlfriend, Kristin.

Beyond racing, Alex Waters is known for his fundraising efforts for the CLIC Sargent children's cancer charity, having been diagnosed with skin cancer himself at the age of 17. Despite the setbacks in his racing career, Waters has built a strong network in the motorsport industry, leveraging his technical knowledge, communication skills, and creative approach to carve out a successful career as a driver coach, mentor, and motorsport professional.
