Neri began her racing journey in karting in 1997, honing her skills until 2005. Transitioning to single-seaters, she competed in the Italian Formula Azzurra Championship in 2006 and 2007, securing an eighth-place finish in the standings in her second year.
Neri's career expanded into GT racing, participating in the Endurance GT Series in 2008. The following year, she gained experience in both the Spanish and Italian GT Championships. From 2010 to 2011, she raced in the International GTSprint Series, achieving second and third place in the GTCup class, respectively.
