TCR Chinese Taipei Touring Car Championship

The TCR Chinese Taipei Touring Car Championship, also known as the TCR Taiwan Series, is a premier touring car racing series in Taiwan. Inaugurated in 2022, the championship adheres to TCR regulations and features a variety of vehicles from manufacturers such as Honda, Audi, CUPRA, and Volkswagen. All rounds are held at the Lihpao Racing Park, Taiwan's only FIA-certified racetrack, located in Taichung City. The 2024 season commenced on April 27 and is scheduled to conclude on November 3, with each race comprising a set number of laps, adjusted for safety considerations. The series includes both professional and amateur drivers, divided into different classes to ensure competitive balance. Notably, the Korean team KMSA Motorsport has announced its participation in the 2025 season, transitioning from TCR Japan to TCR Chinese Taipei.
