From June 20th to 22nd, the 2025 Hyundai N-Spec Series kicked off at the Zhuhai International Circuit. Sailun Tires' track-focused PC01 and PW02 racing tires provided a powerful performance foundation for the top drivers in the two weekend rounds of intense competition, witnessing the thrilling track battles throughout.
On Saturday morning, qualifying began. Due to the rainy season, drivers competed in wet conditions. The Sailun PW02 racing wet tires demonstrated exceptional grip and stability on the wet surfaces, providing a solid foundation for drivers to push their lap limits.
In Q1 and Q2 qualifying sessions, Top Racing's star driver, Li Jiaxi, displayed peak performance, securing first place in both sessions and achieving a double pole position in the week.
The first race of the Zhuhai round commenced at 2:30 PM on Saturday. The unpredictable weather presented a formidable challenge to the drivers. A sudden downpour mid-race temporarily halted the race. Pole-sitter Li Jiaxi delivered an outstanding performance throughout, maintaining a stable lead and securing pole position victory for Top Racing in the first round of the Zhuhai race.
Sun Juran of the Shanghai Hanting DRT team took second place, while Chen Jiaping of the Mogan Team Track Day King secured third place and also claimed the Club class championship.
At 11:15 AM on Sunday, the second round of the Zhuhai race commenced. Li Jiaxi continued his hot streak, winning the second round of the 2025 Hyundai N-Spec Racing Zhuhai race in a series of unexpected events, securing his second consecutive victory.
The Shanghai Hanting DRT team swept second and third place, with Xiao Meng taking second and Sun Juran securing third, achieving a double podium finish.
The victory in the Club category once again belonged to Mogan Team Track Day King, with Hu Weixiong securing his team's second consecutive win in the category.
