The official timetable for the 2025 Michelin 12H Paul Ricard, part of the 24H Series, has been released, outlining a packed schedule from July 2 to July 6 at the iconic Paul Ricard circuit. The event, subject to changes as noted in Version 26-06-2025, features practice, qualifying, and the 12-hour endurance race across multiple classes.

Pre-Race Preparations (July 2–4)

  • Wednesday, July 2
    Teams in the Michelin 24H Series gain access to the paddock and pit boxes starting at 15:00, kicking off event setup.

  • Thursday, July 3

    • CR Track Days: Two sessions allow teams to familiarize themselves with the track: Session 1 runs from 09:00 to 13:00 (4 hours with a 1-hour interval), and Session 2 from 14:00 to 18:00.
    • A lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00 coincides with a mandatory driver photo shoot for the Michelin 24H Series.
    • The day concludes with a Team Managers Briefing at 18:15.
  • Friday, July 4

    • Private Test: Michelin 24H Series teams conduct a 1.5-hour private test from 09:00 to 10:30.
    • Briefings follow for fuel mechanics and drivers, leading to a 1.5-hour free practice session from 12:00 to 13:30.
    • Qualifying Sessions:
      • 15:30–15:45: Qualifying 1 for TCE, GT4, GTX, & 992 classes.
      • 15:50–16:05: Qualifying 2 for the same classes.
      • 16:10–16:25: Qualifying 3 for the same classes.
      • 16:40–16:55: Qualifying 1 for GT3 classes.
      • 17:00–17:15: Qualifying 2 for GT3 classes.
      • 17:20–17:35: Qualifying 3 for GT3 classes.

Race Day and Conclusion (July 5–6)

  • Saturday, July 5

    • The Start Grid is set from 09:00 to 10:00, followed by the main event: the 12-hour Michelin 12H Paul Ricard race, running from 10:00 to 22:00.
  • Sunday, July 6
    Pit boxes and the paddock must be cleared by 03:00, marking the official end of event operations.

Support Services and Admin Schedule

Key support activities and administrative checks are scheduled at the Creventic Endurance Lounge and various track locations:

  • Wednesday (July 2): Paddock access and admin checks at the lounge (16:00–20:00).
  • Thursday (July 3): Track day sign-ups (08:15–17:00), scrutineering (09:00–12:00 & 13:00–19:00), and fuel services for booked teams.
  • Friday (July 4): Admin checks (08:30–18:30), fuel mechanics briefings (10:30), and scrutineering by appointment.
  • Saturday (July 5): Scrutineering (08:00–22:00) and fuel services (08:30–22:00) remain open throughout the race.
