1. Car Specifications: The unified specifications are EMIRA racing cars, equipped with M139 2.0T inline four-cylinder engines and 8-speed wet dual-clutch gearboxes, and front and rear double wishbone independent suspensions. Core modified parts include safety equipment such as FIA standard roll cages, AP RACING braking systems, APOLLO R1 shock absorbers, race-customized reinforced chassis, etc., and are also equipped with AIM SW4 320 steering wheels, STAR race-used forged wheels, and Weitu semi-slick tires. The modified parts are subject to the final plan.

2. Race schedule: The events are tentatively scheduled to include Chengdu (5.30 - 6.1, 6.27 - 6.29, 12.19 - 12.21), Ningbo (May), Wuhan (9.12 - 9.14), Malaysia Sepang (10.3 - 10.5). Each race will have a maximum of 4 drivers per car, with official practice (2 sessions, 60 minutes each), qualifying (2 sessions, 15 minutes each), and race (2 rounds, 60 minutes each).

3. Race system and award settings

• Race system grouping: divided into two groups, PA and AA. The PA group is a combination of PRO players + AM players, and the AA group is a combination of AM players + AM players. The race committee will assess the players to different levels such as Pro Platinum based on past competition records and the FIA driver level classification table.
• Award Setting: Single station awards include the top three in the whole race, the top three in the PA group, and the top three in the AA group; annual awards include the top three in the whole race, the top three in the PA group, the top three in the AA group, and the top three in the team of the year.
• Points Rules: The fastest single lap driver in the qualifying and the race will get 1 point, and the 1st to 10th place in the race will get 25 to 1 points respectively.
• Winning Overtime: The top three cars and drivers in each race will trigger the "Winning Overtime" in the next round of the race. The higher the ranking, the longer the pit stop time.

4. Participation Process and Procedures: Participating drivers and teams must go to the event secretariat to go through administrative inspection procedures one day before the race, and bring relevant certificates such as competition licenses and vehicle technical materials.

5. Participation Fees

• Car Purchase: The unified price is 1,080,000 yuan (excluding tax), and the initial price before March 31, 2025 is 980,000 yuan (excluding tax).
• Registration and rental: Single-station registration is 15,000 yuan/unit/station, and season registration is 60,000 yuan/unit/season; single-station rental is 40,000 yuan/unit/station, and season rental is 200,000 yuan/unit/year.
• Other expenses: Covers gasoline (20 yuan/liter domestic, 25 yuan/liter overseas 100# gasoline), tires (8,800 yuan/set), logistics transportation (3,500 yuan/one-way, premium 1 million yuan), insurance (240 yuan/person/station for drivers), brake pads and brake discs, etc.

6. Participation rights

• Direct purchase of racing cars: Enjoy official technical support and on-site tire change service during the competition. Full-season registration will give 4 sets of tires, 100 Mingtai track test tickets (worth 50,000 yuan), and 6 additional VIP certificates per station.
• Racing car rental: enjoy official technical support and on-site tire change service during the competition, and 4 additional VIP certificates per station; season rental will give an additional set of tires and 20 Mingtai track test tickets (worth 10,000 yuan).

7. Competition certificate equipment: Each participating vehicle is equipped with a team member certificate, driver certificate, VIP certificate, VIP bracelet, parking permit, etc.
