2025 Ligier European Series Race Calendar Announced

The Ligier European Series has unveiled its 2025 race calendar, marking its sixth season with six rounds across Europe's premier circuits. Notably, the series will make its debut at the iconic Silverstone Circuit in the United Kingdom, expanding its geographical footprint and offering competitors a fresh challenge. Additionally, for the fourth consecutive year, participants will have the unique opportunity to race on the legendary Circuit de la Sarthe during the 24 Hours of Le Mans Test Day, providing an unparalleled experience on this historic track.

The 2025 season is set to commence on April 4-5 at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya in Spain, followed by rounds at Circuit Paul Ricard in France on May 2-3, and the esteemed Le Mans Heat on June 8. After a summer hiatus, the competition resumes at Belgium's Spa-Francorchamps on August 22-23, then heads to Silverstone on September 12-13, before concluding at Portugal's Portimão circuit on October 16-17.

This schedule aligns the Ligier European Series with the Michelin Le Mans Cup (MLMC) and the European Le Mans Series (ELMS) events, except for the Le Mans Heat, facilitating seamless participation for teams across these championships. The series continues to serve as a vital stepping stone in endurance racing, offering a platform for both emerging and seasoned drivers to showcase their talents in Ligier's JS P4 prototypes and JS2 R GTs.
