The 2024 CEC China Endurance Championship is about to start, and the Hanting DRT team recently confirmed the lineup for the new season. This champion team from Shanghai will send six drivers to drive three cars------to welcome the national cup defense journey and start the sixth season of chasing the dream of racing in China's highest level endurance race.

The Hanting DRT Racing Team is headquartered in Shanghai Tianma Circuit. It has been deeply involved in racing for many years and is a traditional powerhouse in the CEC National Cup. It has a strong technical team and excellent past performance. In the 2023 season, Hanting DRT team, as the defending champion of the National Cup 1600T group, sent four cars to participate in the fierce competition of the three groups of the CEC National Cup. Among them, the No. 9 Audi A3 team led by Wang Honghao, Liu Ci and Lv Xinmin won three group victories in the fierce competition of the National Cup 1600T group, and won the 2023 season CEC National Cup 1600T group team championship and 1600T group driver championship for the team with a dominant advantage.

Audi A3 Team: Strive to Continue Glory
In the 2024 season, the Hanting DRT team plans to send a strong lineup of three cars to once again attack the CEC event where masters gather, striving to continue the glory in this group. As a "veteran" driver of the team, Wang Honghao has rich experience in CEC competitions. He has been active in the field in the early years, and he has mastered both experience and racing skills. This year, he continues to drive the Audi A3 model and partner with new teammate Sun Juran to start the journey of defending the title.

Hyundai Elantra Team: No Fear of a New Field
Zhou Haowen and Ren Chao won the annual team and driver runner-up in the 1600A group in the 2023 season. This year they will be promoted to the 1600T group to face greater challenges. As early as the 2021-2022 season, the two drivers proved that they have the strength to participate in high-level competition in the GT Cup-TCE group. They have won the third place in the TCE group together.

In the 2023 season, the two drivers further honed their driving skills in the 1600A category and also honed a higher level of cooperation. They will drive the Hyundai Elantra on the CEC track in the 2024 season and use their outstanding driving experience to conquer the new field of the upgraded category.

At the same time, Hanting DRT team will also send a Golf 1.4T model to participate in the competition of the National Cup. The car is led by Feng Zhiqiang, who had a brilliant performance last season, and the other driver lineup will also be announced in the near future.
