Bas Schothorst, born on June 30, 1979, is a Dutch racing driver with a career spanning various motorsport disciplines. Schothorst's journey began in karting, fueled by early exposure to Formula 1 on TV and attending races at Zandvoort. His father's involvement in motorsport, including owning a racing team, further nurtured his passion.
Throughout his career, Schothorst has competed in series such as the ADAC GT Masters, World Series by Renault, and the VLN endurance series.
