Amer Harris Jefry

Amer Harris Jefry is a rising Malaysian racing driver who began honing his skills at the young age of eight on the go-kart circuit. Progressing into professional racing at age 11 in 2014, Amer has participated in various Asian-level races, including Rotax Asia Max, X30 SEA, RokCup, and AKOC, securing the championship title in 2016. His early exposure to motorsports came from his father, Jefry Talib, who sparked his interest in racing.

In recent years, Amer has transitioned to car racing, becoming a Rookie Toyota Gazoo Racing driver and finishing as runner-up in 2021. Since 2023, he has been driving for Wing Hin Motorsport, achieving victory in the Sepang 1000Km Endurance Race (S1K) alongside Muhammad Nabil Azlan in a Toyota Yaris. Looking ahead, Amer is set to compete in the Thailand Super Series 2024 and the Super Taikyu Series 2025 in Japan, piloting a Toyota GR Supra GT4. In 2024, he won the fourth round of the Hyundai N Cup in Zhuhai, China. Beyond racing, Amer is also skilled in video recording and photography, owning a company specializing in these services. He aspires to race in a Japanese Super GT team.
