Glauco Solieri

Glauco Solieri, born in Bologna, Italy, on September 1, 1964, is a seasoned Italian racing driver with a diverse and extensive career spanning several decades. His passion for motorsports ignited early, leading him to begin karting at the age of 14 with the support of his grandfather. He has competed in various racing disciplines, showcasing his versatility and skill behind the wheel.

Solieri's career highlights include notable success in GT racing, including a third-place finish in the Italian GT-Supercar Championship in 1999. He further solidified his reputation in the early 2000s, consistently performing well in the Ferrari Challenge Championship, culminating in an overall third-place finish in 2002. Transitioning to prototypes in 2003, he quickly achieved victory at Monza and secured third overall in the Italian Championship, winning his SR2 class. He continued his prototype success by claiming the Italian SR2 Prototype Championship in 2004.

Beyond his racing achievements, Solieri is also a Federal ACI Sport instructor and Driver Coach. He shares his expertise and passion for motorsports by coaching new talents and participating in "Racing Brands Events." In 2021, he participated in the GT Cup Open Europe, driving a Lamborghini Huracan and representing Cofle as the main sponsor.
