Vittorio Ghirelli

Vittorio Ghirelli, born on May 9, 1994, in Fasano, Italy, is a highly accomplished Italian racing driver with a diverse and successful career spanning various motorsport categories. Ghirelli's journey began in karting before transitioning to open-wheel racing, where he competed in series such as Italian Formula Three, GP3 Series, Formula Renault, and Indy Lights. A significant milestone in his career came in 2013 when he clinched the Auto GP championship.

More recently, Ghirelli has made a name for himself in the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series. He joined the series in 2019 and quickly demonstrated his talent, securing two podium finishes in his debut season. In 2020, he won the EuroNASCAR 2 championship with Hendriks Motorsport, showcasing his skills with five wins, eight top-five finishes, and nine top-ten finishes. Continuing his ascent, Ghirelli transitioned to the EuroNASCAR PRO division in 2021, driving for Hendriks Motorsport and later Not Only Motorsport.

In 2024, Ghirelli achieved a major career victory by winning the EuroNASCAR PRO championship with PK Carsport. Throughout the 2024 season, he achieved seven wins in 13 races and remarkably secured every Pole Award. As of March 2025, he is set to defend his title with PK Carsport in the upcoming season.
