Eijiro Shimizu

Eijiro Shimizu is a rising star in Japanese motorsports, born on March 15, 2003, in Hyogo Prefecture. From a young age, Shimizu's passion for cars led him to karting at the age of six. Progressing through the ranks, he was the inaugural scholarship driver in the YAMAHA Formula Blue series in 2018, and he topped his class in the Formula Training Racing School (FTRS) in 2019.

Shimizu made his debut in the FIA-F4 Japanese Championship in 2020 with TGR-DC RS. In 2021, he continued in FIA-F4, also competing in the Super Taikyu Series with SHADE RACING, where he clinched the ST-4 class championship and finished 6th in the FIA-F4 series. In 2022, Shimizu stepped up to the Super GT GT300 class and the Super Taikyu Series ST-Z class. He finished second in the Super Taikyu Series ST-Z class in 2022, 2023 and 2024.

Currently, Shimizu continues to compete in Super GT GT300, showcasing his talent and determination. He aims to spread the joy of cars and motorsports and is working hard to become a top driver, demonstrating a commitment to honing his skills and achieving success in the racing world.
