Vincent Capillaire

Vincent Capillaire is a French racing driver born on February 4, 1976, known for his versatility and experience in various racing disciplines. He began his career in karting and won the Volant ELF in 1997. Since then, he has competed in Formula racing, sports prototypes, GT cars, classic cars, and saloons.

Capillaire has participated in numerous international races, including the World Endurance Championship (WEC), the European Le Mans Series (ELMS), and the prestigious 24 Hours of Le Mans, with eight participations. In these races, he has driven for teams such as Sébastien Loeb Racing, Alpine, Ligier, and Graff Racing, securing a 2nd place podium finish in one instance. He was the Ultimate Series LMP3 Champion and has also claimed titles and vice-championships in sport prototype CN Europe. His achievements include winning the 12h on ice race in a Porsche 3.0lsc.

Beyond his driving skills, Capillaire is recognized for his setup capabilities and skills in communicating with engineers and coaching other drivers. He is described as a committed and professional driver who strives for excellence and pays close attention to detail. He currently lives in Le Mans with his wife and three daughters.
