Tomas Kostka

Tomáš Kostka, born on August 27, 1984, is a Czech racing driver with a diverse motorsport background. Kostka's career began in single-seaters, competing in Formula Ford and the Ford Puma Cup in 2001 before progressing to Formula BMW ADAC and Austrian Formula 3 in 2002. He further honed his skills in the Recaro F3 Cup and later participated in the World Series by Nissan and Euro Formula 3000 Championship in 2004. He continued in the Formula Renault 3.5 Series for two seasons.

Transitioning to touring cars, Kostka found success in the Czech series, winning the 2008 Sprint Championship in an Audi A4 DTM. He also gained experience in international GT racing, participating in the 2007 24 Hours of Le Mans in a Ferrari 550-GTS Maranello. His national success led to a Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters (DTM) opportunity in 2009, driving a two-year-old Audi A4 for Colin Kolles' team, where he was the best rookie of the year.

Beyond circuit racing, Kostka has also ventured into rallying, including starts in the World Rally Championship (WRC). More recently, he has been associated with Audi Sport Italia, driving an Audi RS5 Quattro in the EuroV8 Series. Kostka's varied career demonstrates his adaptability and passion for motorsport across different disciplines.
