Ryan Shehan is an American racing driver born on February 11, 2005, in Cedar Park, Texas. Currently, he competes in the Formula Regional Americas Championship with Crosslink Kiwi Motorsports. Shehan's journey in motorsports began with karting at a young age, progressing through regional and national races, even competing at Le Mans in 2019. He faced a setback in early 2020 due to a near-fatal karting incident but made a remarkable recovery to continue his racing career.
Shehan made his car racing debut in 2021 in the F4 United States Championship with Crosslink/Kiwi Motorsport. In 2022, he achieved his first podium and win in the series, finishing fourth overall. In 2023, he gained experience in the Formula Regional Oceania Championship and was the Vice-Champion in the US FR Americas Championship. Recently, in September 2024, Shehan made his European and GT racing debut in the Ligier European Series at Mugello.
Driven by a passion for racing and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Shehan founded Ryan Shehan Racing to fund his career and create valuable partnerships. He also established the Shehan Strong nonprofit, inspiring and empowering young people to "Push Your Limits."
