Ryan Hall

Ryan Hall is an accomplished American motorsports professional with extensive experience spanning over 20 years in racing and over 15 years in coaching, driver development, and competition. He currently serves as a coach at Monticello Motor Club and Lucas Oil School of Racing, focusing on developing drivers from foundational skills to competitive racing opportunities. Ryan is also the President of Boss It Motorsports, overseeing driver development programs and participating in professional driver events. Furthering his coaching expertise, he works with Radius Drive as a coach and product specialist, emphasizing premier performance driving.

Hall is an active driver for Indian Summer Racing, successfully competing in SCCA and NASA events. His background includes experience in karting and open-wheel racing, with a transition to various sedan cars over the past decade. In 2018, he competed in Mazda's MX-5 Battery Tender Series. Past roles include co-ownership of Possien-Hall Motorsports Development, Cadillac V-Lab Lead, and lead instructor at Skip Barber Racing School.

Hall is dedicated to developing drivers and transitioning them into series like the Battery Tender Series, all while maintaining a fun and reasonable environment. He is local to Lime Rock Park but available for track days and race weekends across the country. His diverse background and commitment highlight his dedication to excellence in the motorsports industry.
