Ruben Zeltner

Ruben Zeltner is a German rally driver, born on March 11, 1959, and hails from Neenstetten, Germany. Despite not being widely known outside of Germany, Zeltner has achieved considerable success in his home country, notably securing the title of German Rally Champion twice.
