Rob Rubis

Rob Rubis is an Australian racing driver with a diverse background in motorsport, currently competing in the Monochrome GT4 Australia series with Scott Turner in a Ginetta G55. Rubis's journey into racing is quite unique. Before becoming known on the track, he managed the catering for the inaugural Gold Coast Indy event. He found himself driving in one of the support races, the Porsche Cup, marking the start of his racing career.

Over the years, Rubis has been a familiar face in the Australian production car racing scene. A significant highlight of his career came in 2021 when he secured an outright win at the Hi-Tec Oils Bathurst 6 Hour, driving a BMW M4 alongside Shane Smollen and Supercars champion Shane van Gisbergen. This wasn't his first Bathurst 6 Hour victory, as he previously won Class C in 2017 with Todd Hazelwood in a BMW 130i. He has also participated in events such as the Nürburgring 24 Hours.
