Philip Beauchamp Hanson, born on July 5, 1999, is a British racing driver making a significant impact in the world of endurance racing.Hanson's journey began in karting, where he quickly demonstrated his talent by winning the Whilton Mill Club Championship at age 15 and later securing the Super One British X30 Junior Karting Championship in 2015. Transitioning to sportscar racing, he debuted in the Britcar Endurance Championship with Tockwith Motorsport.

Hanson has amassed an impressive list of achievements. Notably, he is the youngest driver to ever win a WEC title and the youngest British driver to win LMP2 at Le Mans. In 2020, he became the first driver to win the FIA World Endurance Championship (LMP2), European Le Mans Series, and the Le Mans 24 Hours (LMP2) in the same year.
