Max Geoghegan

Max Geoghegan is an emerging Australian racing driver making waves in the Supercars scene. The grandson of the legendary five-time Australian Touring Car Champion Ian "Pete" Geoghegan, Max is determined to forge his own path while honoring his family's storied motorsport legacy.

Unlike many of his peers, Geoghegan's racing journey began relatively late, at the age of 19, after initially gaining experience in sim racing. He quickly transitioned to real-world competition, making his mark in the Excel Cup before moving to the Toyota Gazoo Racing Australia (TGRA) GR Cup. In 2024, he impressively secured both the TGRA GR Cup Championship and the TGRA GR Cup Scholarship Series title. His talent and dedication led to his signing with the Erebus Academy, a renowned driver development program.

In 2025, Geoghegan is set to embark on a Super2 Series campaign with Image Racing. This move marks a significant step towards his ultimate goal of racing in the Supercars Championship.
