Matthew Cresci

Matthew Cresci is an American racing driver with experience in both real-world racing and sim racing. Cresci's journey into motorsports began unconventionally, honing his skills in the Gran Turismo video game. This led him to the GT Academy program, where he impressively tied for first place out of 400,000 participants and earned a chance to compete in England, driving rally trucks, open-wheel cars, and experiencing stunt planes.

In 2016, Cresci won the Mazda Road to 24 Shootout, earning a scholarship for the 2017 Global MX-5 Cup Series. He secured a win in the Global Challenge at Laguna Seca against international competition. Beyond racing, Cresci is known for his "EcoBrap" initiative, promoting environmentally conscious motorsports by focusing on fuel efficiency and minimizing the carbon footprint of racing. He has also instructed at Allen Berg Racing Schools.

Cresci's racing achievements include a strong presence in the NASA Spec Miata series, with multiple top finishes at the Western States Championships. He balances his racing pursuits with a business degree, aiming to combine his passion for motorsports with a solid understanding of the business world.
