Luke Edward Davenport, born on May 29, 1993, is a British racing driver hailing from Cambridge, England. Davenport's career began in 2011 in the Ginetta Challenge, initially competing in the G20 class. He progressed to the G40 class in 2012 and remained there for two seasons, achieving 4th in the championship in 2013 with one win.
In 2014, Davenport stepped up to the Ginetta GT4 Supercup, a support series for the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC), driving for United Autosports alongside Carl Breeze. He finished the season in 6th place with two victories. Following his time in Ginetta racing, Davenport spent two seasons in the British GT Championship with Tolman Motorsport.
Davenport joined Motorbase Performance in the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) in 2017, sharing the track with teammates Mat Jackson and Martin Depper. In 2020, he participated in the Britcar Endurance Championship, driving a Ligier JS2 R for Reflex Racing with Marcus Vivian. The duo continued their partnership in the Britcar series into 2021.
