Kyle Busch

Kyle Thomas Busch, born on May 2, 1985, is a highly accomplished American professional stock car racing driver. Known for his aggressive driving style and outspoken personality, Busch has established himself as one of the most dominant forces in NASCAR. Currently, in 2025, he competes full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series, driving the No. 8 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 for Richard Childress Racing and is paired with crew chief Randall Burnett. Busch also participates part-time in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, driving the No. 7 and No. 07 Chevrolet Silverado for Spire Motorsports.

Throughout his career, Busch has achieved remarkable success across NASCAR's top three series. He is a two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion, having won the title in 2015 and 2019. In addition to his Cup Series achievements, Busch is the 2009 NASCAR Xfinity Series champion. He holds the record for the most wins in the Xfinity Series with 102 victories and the Truck Series with 67 wins. As of 2025, Busch has accumulated 63 wins in the NASCAR Cup Series, ranking ninth on the all-time wins list. His combined total of 232 wins across all three national series is the highest in NASCAR history.

Before his successes in the NASCAR national series, Busch began racing at a young age, winning multiple legend car racing and late model championships. He was named the 2004 NASCAR Busch Series Rookie of the Year and the 2005 NASCAR Nextel Cup Series Rookie of the Year. Beyond driving, Busch founded Kyle Busch Motorsports in 2007, achieving considerable success as a team owner in the Truck Series. Entering his third year with Richard Childress Racing in 2025, Busch remains a strong contender, aiming to add more wins and championships to his already impressive legacy.
