Jon Minshaw is a British racing driver with a career spanning both modern and historic motorsport. Born on January 29, 1963, Minshaw has participated in a variety of racing series, including the British GT Championship, Blancpain GT Sports Club, and the Le Mans Legend. He's also known for his appearances in various historic racing events.
Minshaw's successes include securing second place in the British GT Championship in both 2016 and 2017. In 2017, he achieved first place in the Kinrara Trophy. Earlier in his career, he also earned podium finishes in the Le Mans Legend race, with a second-place finish in 2013 and a third-place finish in 2011. In 2023, he secured first place in the Spa Six Hours Classic - GTS12 Class.
In 2012, Minshaw partnered with Tim Harvey to compete in the British GT Championship with Trackspeed, driving a Porsche 911 GT3R. He continues to participate in historic racing events, often driving his Jaguar E-Type and Lister Jaguar. More recently he has been seen racing a Lamborghini Huracan GT3.
