Dixon's career gained significant momentum when he won the Shannons Supercar Showdown in 2012. This victory earned him a coveted wildcard entry into the Bathurst 1000, marking a major milestone. Partnering with Cameron Waters, they became the youngest-ever driver combination in the race's history at the time. Beyond Supercars, Dixon has experience in various racing categories, including Australian Formula Ford and Formula BMW Pacific.
