Elivan Goulart

Elivan Goulart is an accomplished American racing driver with a career spanning several racing series and boasting numerous victories and championships. Born on August 11, 1980, Goulart began his racing journey early, starting in karts at the age of 12. He quickly progressed to Formula 500, where he secured consecutive SCCA National Runoff Championships in 2001 and 2002. His success continued in the new Formula SCCA, where he clinched the championship in 2004 in the Cooper Tires Championship.

Goulart's versatility is evident in his achievements across different racing disciplines. He added to his accolades with an SCCA National Championship in Spec Miata in 2011, along with the SCCA Presidents Cup win that same year. In 2013, he claimed the SCCA STU National Championship, and in 2016, he earned the Pirelli World Challenge TCA Championship. Overall, he has won over 45% of all races he has entered.

Beyond his racing achievements, Elivan Goulart is the President/Owner of the Sports Car Driving Association (SCDA). He is also an instructor and professional driver and has been running with the SCDA since 2004. With experience on numerous renowned tracks, including Lime Rock, Watkins Glen, and Road America, Goulart continues to be an active and influential figure in the racing community. He is married to Sarah, and they have three children.
