Eduardo Gou Jr.

Eduardo Gou Jr. is an American racing driver currently competing in the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge. He is part of the Gou Racing team, where he partners with his father, Eddie Gou. The duo currently campaigns the No. 55 CUPRA Leon VZ, marking the team's switch to the CUPRA brand in 2025 after previously running an Audi RS 3 LMS TCR.

Gou Jr. has a diverse racing background. Before transitioning to the CUPRA, he and his father raced an Audi RS 3 LMS TCR, achieving a tenth-place finish in the drivers' championship with six top-ten finishes. In the 1990s, Gou Jr. competed in Formula Two in Mexico, winning a race and finishing second in the championship in 1996. He also has experience in the Reto Neon series, where he secured a win and a pole position. Gou Jr. even attended the Skip Barber Racing School in the United States to hone his skills.

Racing is a family affair for the Gous, with both Eddie and Eduardo sharing driving duties. The team's move to CUPRA signifies a new chapter, as they were the first IMSA team to commit to the newly eligible CUPRA TCR car. Eduardo has expressed confidence in the car's potential and the team's ability to compete at the highest level in the Michelin Pilot Challenge.
