Chandler Horton is an American racing driver born on October 22, 1997, hailing from Zionsville, Indiana. Currently, he competes in the F4 U.S. Championships with Alliance Racing, driving car #15. In 2017, he competed in the Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered by Mazda for RJB Motorsports.
Horton's racing journey began early, influenced by his father, Jeff Horton, who is the INDYCAR Director of Engineering. Chandler grew up around racing paddocks and started with dirt bikes before transitioning to karts and formula cars. His early experiences included even living in a motorhome at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for a few months.
Outside of racing, Chandler is also a dedicated cyclist. He balances his racing career with his studies, majoring in business management and competing on Marian University's Division 1 cycling team. Horton has expressed his long-term goal of becoming an IndyCar driver.
