Benjamin Albano is an American racing driver with a diverse background in motorsports. Albano's career began in karting, where he quickly demonstrated his talent and passion for racing. He honed his skills at a karting place in Boston and later at a track in Mount Cristo, New York, learning the fundamentals of car control and race craft.
Albano transitioned to cars through the Skip Barber Racing School, a premier developmental series. In 2013, he won the Skip Barber MAZDASPEED Challenge, a significant achievement that propelled him further into the world of professional racing. This success led to opportunities in the MAZDASPEED Pro Challenge, within the Mazda MX-5 Cup.
Beyond racing, Albano pursued his education, attending UNC Chapel Hill. Albano's long-term goals included a career in professional sports car racing, with aspirations of competing in the prestigious 24 Hours of Le Mans.
