Alistair MacKinnon

Alistair MacKinnon is a British racing driver with experience in the British GT Championship and other series. He has competed in both GT3 and GT4 classes, showcasing his versatility behind the wheel.

In 2015, MacKinnon partnered with Lewis Plato in a RAM Racing Mercedes SLS AMG GT3 in the British GT Championship. The duo faced challenges at Oulton Park but rebounded with a strong fourth-place finish at Rockingham. MacKinnon's experience in long-distance races proved valuable, and he expressed optimism for upcoming races at Silverstone, Spa, and Snetterton, believing the Mercedes would be well-suited to those tracks.

More recently, in 2019, MacKinnon joined Multimatic Motorsports, teaming up with Ben Devlin in the #19 Ford Mustang for the British GT weekend at Snetterton. Throughout his career, Alistair has demonstrated adaptability by racing for different teams and driving various cars, including a Ginetta G57 in the Challenge Endurance PFV V de V series. While podiums have eluded him so far, MacKinnon continues to pursue success in the competitive world of GT racing.
